Court arrests Skoda Transportation official Kozak under criminal procedure on Riga Satiksme’s procurements

RIGA – The Riga Vidzeme District Court today decided to arrest Vladislav Kozak, an official of Czech company Skoda Transportation, in the criminal procedure on procurements at the Rigas Satiksme municipal public transport company.
