Lithuania extends lockdown until May 31, further eases restrictions

VILNIUS – The Lithuanian government on Wednesday extended the nationwide coronavirus lockdown until May 31, but gave the go-ahead for the easing of restrictions on movement to Lithuania from foreign countries, starting from May 11. In line with the decisions adopted by the Cabinet at its regular meeting, kindergartens and sports clubs will be allowed to reopen from May 18.
