VILNIUS - The Dalai Lama is expected to come to Lithuania in June.

The Tibetan spiritual leader is scheduled to visit Lithuania on June 13 to 14, Ruta Norkute of Tibeto Namai (House of Tibet), a non-governmental organization, told BNS on Thursday.

On the first day of his visit, the Dalai Lama will deliver a speech at Vilnius University and will congratulate Lithuania on the centennial of restored statehood, Ervinas Spudys, the university's spokesman, told BNS.

It will be the Dalai Lama's fourth visit to Lithuania.

Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite met with the Tibetan leader during his latest visit back in 2013, thus angering China.
