At the beginning of summer 2026, Estonia's first The Club will open its doors on the third and fourth floors of the T1 Center, offering interconnected training opportunities, coworking area and relaxation area with saunas.
The planned total area of the club with unique concept in Estonia, is nearly 3000 square meters, of which 2000 are located on the third floor and the rest is divided between the two levels of the fourth floor. The total investment of the project amounts to 3.5 million euros.
"The idea of The Club was born from travel where we saw how similar clubs in America and Europe have become meeting points. There you exercise, work a little, go to the sauna and wrap up the day with a good drink or conversation," says Mauri Dorbek, co-founder and CEO of The Club. "In Estonia, we missed such a relaxed and at the same time high-quality environment where people with similar values could meet. Previously, people went to a nightclub in the evenings, but now there are more people who prefer a ‘day club’ where they can move, work and recover, and spend quality time throughout the day," Dorbek describes the concept of the club. "Based on this, we have paid a lot of attention to details – from the spatial plan to the materials and atmosphere – so that people feel as comfortable and good as possible here."
The number of members is deliberately limited, to ensure a spacious and high-quality environment, an approach that is unique among Estonian sports clubs.
Monthly membership gives unlimited access to the entire club. The Club's gym, which is spread over three floors, offers a wide range of training opportunities, from a boxing ring and a Reformer Pilates studio to group and individual training. The club also has a well-thought-out coworking area with comfortable workstations and meeting rooms. In addition, members can enjoy a spa and lounge area with a view of the city, where relaxing saunas and experience showers create a truly restorative escape, and the Sunset lounge offers high-quality taste experiences and the opportunity to spend time with both old and new acquaintances.
The club offers views on Tallinn, Ülemiste City and the currently constructed Rail Baltica Linda terminal, as well as Tallinn Bay, also from saunas, which adds a special value to the relaxation experience.
On the club's website theclub.ee, a waiting list is open with offers specially designed for early joiners. The first 100 members of The Club will have a monthly pass for €80, which gives unlimited access to the entire club.
In recent years, the third and fourth floors of T1 have become a center for sports and leisure services, to which The Club is now being added. "Our goal is to develop T1 into a destination where people come to spend time consciously, not just to stop by," says Tarmo Hõbe, CEO of the T1 Center.
"The Club is a project with a strong vision and a clear concept, which complements our range of sports and lifestyle services and brings a new level of quality to T1," Hõbe adds. "We have taken a clear strategic direction to offer visitors the widest possible range of services and activities. The more daily activities can be done in one place, i.e. to visit shops and gyms, to use beauty services or eat out, the more attractive a center that offers all of this at once will be. In the vicinity of the club, on the third floor of T1, there are more than twenty sports and hobby opportunities, which, together with The Club, form a unique and complementary offering," notes Hõbe.
