RIGA - Tomorrow through January 3, residents will be able to get free Covid-19 tests without a referral from their family physician, provided that they have coronavirus symptoms, the National Health Service's representative Sintija Gulbe told LETA.
Therefore residents will have the opportunity to get tested during the holiday season also, when getting a referral from the family physician or a physician on duty may be difficult.
Up until now, residents without a referral from their family physician had to pay for Covid-19 tests.
