Grindex expands West, sees record year

Latvia's largest pharmaceutical company, Grindex, saw a record profit of 4.5 million lats (6.4 million euros) in 2005 - 81 percent more than the year before. The firm's net turnover grew 30.3 percent last year, reaching 32.2 million lats, according to the financial report the company submitted to the Riga Stock Exchange.
