10 a.m.    Presentation of the route of the Tower and artistic possibilities by the Water tower (Salantu 5B)
12 a.m.    Presentation of the Sacral-historical route. Excursions in PlungÄ—. (PlungÄ— Church of St. John the Baptist , Vytauto 34).
4 p.m.     Unveiling of artistic symbol "They make Plunge known with their talent"
7 p.m.    Joint concert of famous citizens of PlungÄ—.

June 20

10 a.m.    Grand meeting of the council of the municipality of PlungÄ— district to commemorate the Millenium of Lithuania (Samogitian art museum, Parko 1)
12 a.m.    Festive opening ceremony of the project "PlungÄ— 's Lithuanian Capital of Culture 2009" (in the valley of the Babrungas river).
5 p.m.    Festive parade of wind orchestras, organizations, industrial and business companies of the district (J.Tumo-Vaižganto street).
6 p.m.    Gala concert of wind orchestras and historic dance groups.

June 21

10 a.m.    Demonstration of traditional crafts on S. Dariaus and S. GirÄ—no street.
11 a.m.    Survey of historic past of PlungÄ—. Fights of knights for the crown on Gondinga mound
1.30 a.m. 's 11 p.m. Performances of Professional and amateur theatres by M.Oginskis' manor (Parko 1).
1 p.m.    Artistic projects of the youth "Flea market" (in the valley of the river Babrungas ).
11 p.m.    Spectacular mystery of fire and light (in the valley of the river Babrungas ).

On all days of the festival - installation of historical photos (Senamiesčio square.); exhibition of pieces of art of the group of professional artists "3+" (Centre of culture, Senamiesčio square 3); funfair (park of Plungė; business exhibition (Centre of culture, Senamiesčio square 3).
