WINO FOREVER: Tallinn has some surprisingly versatile wine cellars if one knows where to look.

TALLINN - On the edge of the season's change, when the tired, cramped and airless night clubs and packed pubs are still without the outdoor cocktails and light happiness of summer, probably the best way to spend evenings is with a glass of good wine.
Tallinn's long-time trend, besides all night partying, is the wine cellars. They are not heavily advertised and might not be easy to find, so in order to guarantee the best wine experience TBT has compiled its own selection of the places worth visiting.

One of the most famous 's and definitely the oldest 's wine cellar belongs to the legendary restaurant Gloria, which was established in 1932. The Gloria cellar not only has the best selection of wines in the Nordic countries, but it is also an amazingly elegant and relaxing place.

A delicious dinner prepared by one of the best Estonian chefs accompanied with a glass of great wine in the atmosphere of bottled walls and antiques is definitely a top class experience.
Another popular vinoteque is Wine Bar at Three Sisters, a design hotel. This exclusive hotel promotes wine culture so heavily that it is sometimes even called the "wine hotel."
Wine Bar offers the choice of at least 300 wines, about 20 of which can be served by the glass. The place also regularly organizes special wine-dedicated events and tasting.

The Threes Sisters is the first wine cellar in the Baltics to receive the Wine Spectator Award.
The romantic lounge Musi (which means "the Kiss" in Estonian) is the holder of the Estonian Silverspoon Award 2008 as the best wine server. This a very private place 's aside from the wine serving there is also outstanding food. The menu is renewed every week, so there is always something new to try out.
Once a month, Musi organizes private concerts for its loyal customers. Quite recently it started to serve lunch as well, which makes it very tempting to start enjoying vintage wine before the sun goes down 's that is, of course, if you have no other business set for the day.

The Spanish style wine bar Kolme Naoga Mees, or the Three-Faced Man, can claim the legend of the spirit with three faces, which watches after the house where the bar is located. Imagine the sweet aroma of wine combined with warm air smelling of the slowly burning fireplace and the romantic melody of the live guitar 's guess there is nothing else to add.

Taanilinna Wine Cellar presents a broad range of wines from traditional French to the already quite common and widely accepted South African 's as well as a good selection of Estonian specialties. Wines can be accompanied by light snacks or a variety of cheeses.

Some will appreciate the opportunity to enjoy a specially selected wine with a matching Cuban cigar, a combination that will most definitely lead to bohemian slow talk, which is much more relaxing than anything else and leaves the best possible aftertaste of emotions.
