ABC in new bond issue

TALLINN, Jul 11, BNS - Retail chain ABC Grupi, which operates Comarket stores in Estonia, has announced its intention to issue 6.500 3-year bonds via the Tallinn stock exchange. The nominal value of the 6,500 bonds to be listed is 1,000 euros and the interest rate six-month Euribor plus 6 percent per annum, the stock exchange said July 11. The maturity date of the bonds is June 18, 2010. ...
