Kremlin official: Estonia's Russian parties are hopeless

TALLINN - Modest Kolerov, adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin, said Estonia's ethnic Russian political parties had no hope of success. He also expressed a personal convinction that Center Party leader Edgar Savisaar would become the country's next prime minister.
