Vike-Freiberga, Halonen exchange views on Russia

HELSINKI - During a visit to Finland, President Vaira Vike-Freiberga cast doubt over Russia's reliability as a trading partner, while her Finnish counterpart, Tarja Halonen said Russia's attitudes toward the European Union were changing. Addressing an audience at Helsinki University on April 25, Vike-Freiberga noted the impact of political decisions on economic processes in Russia.
