Vejonis to meet with Pope Francis today

RIGA - Continuing his visit to Italy, Latvian President, as well as First Lady Iveta Vejone, will meet with Pope Francis in the Vatican today, LETA was informed by the Presidential Chancery.

While in the Vatican, Vejonis will meet with the State Secretary of the Holy See - Cardinal Pietro Parolin.

The president will also give an interview to the Vatican's official radio station.
