TALLINN - Martin Roger, deputy secretary general for political affairs at the Estonian Foreign Ministry, is in Washington for US-Nordic-Baltic political consultations in the E-PINE (Enhanced Partnership in Northern Europe) format on Monday and Tuesday.
The meeting will discuss the Russian aggression in Ukraine, developments in the Indo-Pacific region, the situation in the Middle East, NATO priorities and other topical issues, spokespeople for the Foreign Ministry in Tallinn told BNS.
Roger also has a meeting scheduled with John Bass, acting undersecretary of state for political affairs, and will participate in a roundtable on NATO at the Atlantic Council, a think tank.
