Tallink appoints Armin Penner as new CFO

Armin Penner will join AS Tallink Grupp as the Financial Director in October. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial analysis and management.

“ The company’s goal is sustainable and profitable growth, and supporting this growth will be one of Armin Penner’s key responsibilities. His scope of work will be broad, ranging from overseeing the Group’s financial functions to leading and developing investor relations. We are certainly gaining a strong addition to our team,” said Peep Jalakas, Chairman of the Management Board of AS Tallink Grupp.

“Joining Tallink Group is an honour for me. I look forward to the challenges ahead and to meeting my new colleagues,” said Armin Penner.

Penner holds a degree in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School. He has worked for more than six years as CFO and Management Board Member of Circle K Eesti, and has also served as CFO of Euroapteek and Ragn-Sells Eesti.

Penner will start at Tallink on 12 October. The company’s current CFO, Anna-Liisa Sisask, will move on to become CFO and Management Board Member of Viru Keemia Grupp.
