China and Russia have been the main sources of disinformation during the Covid-19 novel coronavirus pandemic, but Latvia is well prepared for the situation compared to many other countries, NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence Director Jānis Sārts told Latvian Radio on April 8.
