RIGA - The Latvian Public Utilities Commission (SPRK) has approved a methodology that will prevent the power produced by the Astravyets nuclear power plant from entering Latvia, said SPRK head Rolands Irklis. On August 25, the government in the closed part of the meeting heard the Economics Ministry's informative report on power trade with Belarus.
