Prime Minister's family richest among Lithuania's leaders

VILNIUS - Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas' family is the richest among Lithuania's leaders, according to the State Tax Inspectorate's asset declarations for 2024, published on Tuesday.

Paluckas and his wife have various assets worth around 2,298,000 euros and have debts worth 37,000 euros.

The majority of the family's assets are shares worth 1,716, euros. Compared to the 2023 declaration, the couple's assets have increased by around 50,000 euros over a year.

President Gitanas Nauseda and First Lady Diana Nausediene have declared assets of around 1,250,000 euros and almost 10,000 euros in debts.

The First Couple's real estate assets amount to almost 700,000 euros. Their value has increased by almost half a million compared to 2023.

Speaker of the Seimas Saulius Skvernelis and his wife have assets worth 443,000 euros, which is not much different from the 428,000 euros declared last year.

The Seimas speaker's assets mostly include real estate and cash, while his family has debts of 68,000 euros.
