MOSCOW - President Vladimir Putin will be able to do as he pleases during a likely second term, analysts said Dec. 8 after Kremlin allies swept a parliamentary poll that ousted liberals from the lower chamber for the first time in post-Soviet history."Putin's victory," declared the Vedomosti business daily on its front page.
