VILNIUS - President Rolandas Paksas came one step closer to a political end game as a special parliamentary commission declared that he had indeed put the country's security at risk.On Dec. 1 the ad hoc commission charged with investigating Paksas and his advisers endorsed a report outlining a series of threats the president had posed to national security."The commission states that the president has been and continues to be vulnerable.
