VILNIUS - After Rolandas Paksas won the presidential elections in January this year, figures of Kaunas' criminal underworld expressed an interest in having police chief General Vytautas Grigaravicius and heads of other law enforcement institutions replaced, Grigara-vicius told the parliamentary ad hoc commission probing possible threats to national security Nov. 24.
