Debt-burdened Susi founds law firm

TALLINN -Though he faces serious debts and a major stain on his reputation, Mart Susi, former owner of the now bankrupt Concordia University, has founded a new law firm.Susi, who is an attorney-at-law, said that the firm, Reas, has been operating for one month and was located in the National Library building.
