Russia complains about ex-officers' rights, diplomas

TALLINN - Russia's Foreign Affairs Ministry announced this week that the deportation of former Soviet military officers and the nullification of Russian university diplomas would have a negative effect on Estonian-Russian relations.On Oct. 30 Karin Jaani, Estonia's ambassador to Russia, met a Foreign Affairs Ministry representative in Moscow who drew her attention to the issue of ex-Soviet retired military.
