Presidents emphasize infrastructure

Estonian President Arnold Ruutel said that the energy and transport spheres required additional contributions. "It is not merely because the vast majority of these large infrastructure businesses are not privatized yet. These are areas that have such powerful bearing on the daily life of a society that taking strategic decisions is indeed the task of governments and parliaments," he said.
