Small EU states toughening up for Rome

From wire reports, PRAGUE-TALLINN - Smaller members of the European Union as well as invitees scheduled to join the bloc next may met in New York this week to coordinate their approach to the EU constitution, the text of which is to be finalized in Rome in October. The meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly, was the second in September among the foreign ministers from 15 EU member states and candidates united by the dissatisfaction with the draft constitution.
