TALLINN - Every 10th kroon in the 2004 national budget approved by the government last week will come from the EU structural funds, according to the Finance Ministry.Total revenues in next year's budget, approved by the government on Sept. 18, amount to 46.5 billion kroons (2.9 billion euros), a 6.9 billion kroons, or 17 percent, increase from 2003.Aid from the European Union will account for over 11 percent of the planned budget revenue, or 5.2 billion kroons.Expenses will exceed revenues by 100,000 million kroons, and the government will partly cover that deficit by a financial transactio...
