RIGA - Law officials and safety inspectors have begun investigating the causes behind an explosion near Riga's Central Market that killed five people and damaged more than 30 vehicles on July 22.The explosion occurred just before 10 p.m. at a station for exchanging gas canisters just a few streets away from the main city market, taking the lives of five farmers and merchants, and seriously injuring six people.
