VILNIUS - Foreign ministers of the three Baltic states and Poland sent a joint letter to Italy, which currently heads the European Union, stressing the significance of transport infrastructure development in the Baltic region.The letter authored by Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Polish foreign ministers — Antanas Valionis, Sandra Kalniete, Kristiina Ojuland and Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz –was sent on the eve of the July 21 meeting of the EU's General Affairs and External Relations Council in Brussels and should reach Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini in the coming days.According to t...
