Cyclist suspended for one year for dopingRaimondas Rumsas, the cyclist who tested positive for doping after the Giro d'Italia race, has been disqualified for one year and fined 2,000 Swiss francs (1,285 euros).The Lithuanian Cycling Federation made its decision after the Union of International Cyclists rejected an earlier proposal to disqualify Rumsas for six months.
