LUXEMBOURGFuture European Union members should be involved in the intergovernmental conference that will make the final decisions concerning reforms of EU institutions, Lithuania Foreign Minister Antanas Valionis said here this week. Valionis addressed the participants of the meeting of the European Union's General Affairs and External Relations Council. He said the conference should complete its work before elections to the European Parliament in 2004.
