TALLINNAfter months of searching for someone to bail Concordia International University out of bankruptcy, the private college's owner and former rector, Mart Susi, announced at a meeting of creditors May 21 that Academy Nord, a private Estonian university, is willing to pay half of Concordia's 27 million kroon (1.7 million euro) debt."For the past several years Concordia has been looking for investors," Susi told the creditors during a meeting at the Estonian National Library."At the moment the future of Concordia is guaranteed.
