RIGA - Do you want to talk about sex?If you're a Latvian man, the answer is probably no, and the United Nations Population Foundation has announced a $135,200 investment in changing your mind.The program, which will focus on the four provincial regions of Latvia and pass over the more sophisticated capital city, will represent the first public information campaign on birth control directed at men.
