Estonia gets low marks in Nazi hunting

JERUSALEMEstonia was blasted, and Latvia and Lithuania given unflattering marks, in the Simon Wiesenthal Center's annual report on worldwide efforts to arrest and prosecutor Holocaust perpetrators.
