TALLINN (BNS) - It sounded good in theory, but the plan, designed by an Ivangorod City Council member to block the railway line and highway that cross Estonia's northeastern border with Russia, failed because no one showed up to support it.City Councilman Yuri Gordeyev turned out to be the only one demonstrating, according to the duty officer at Ivangorod's interior affairs department.
