TALLINNConstruction workers building an underground parking garage uncovered a 400-year-old tunnel in central Tallinn last week, surprising archaeologists and historians who had no idea the tunnel existed.Workers for the FKSM construction company were digging the foundation of a parking garage for a series of new apartment buildings on Kaarli Street when they found the 200- to 300-meter-long tunnel, which is constructed of stone.
