Vilnius stalls on toxic fuel transit

KALININGRADRussia's Baltic fleet chided Lithuania on April 14 for delaying transit of a 1,200-ton cargo of highly toxic missile fuel currently stocked in the Kaliningrad enclave."It has been a month since the Baltic fleet's commander Admiral Vladimir Valuyev supplied Lithuania's government with information on the technical details of the fuel waste's transit," spokesman Anatoly Lobsky said.
