Mechanical snags cast doubt on LAL's Saab fleet

VILNIUSA Copenhagen-bound Lithuanian Airlines flight was forced to return to Vilnius on April 4 due to a mechanical malfunction, the ninth such incident that has occurred in the short history LAL's fleet of Saab-2000 aircraft.The plane took off from Vilnius International Airport at 7 a.m. and returned some 90 minutes later after pilots identified a failure in the hydraulic system. None of the crew or the nine passengers on board was injured.
