RIGAThe European Court of Human Rights May 15 will hear a complaint by Tatjana Zdanoka, a leader of Latvia's leftist political movement Equality, over infringement of her rights to free and democratic elections, as well as to own opinion and freedom of association.Zdanoka said she had about a month to decide on the size of compensation she would demand.The European Court of Human Rights will hear only a part of her complaint, dropping out the part dealing with infringement of her right to just court and efficient means of legal protection.
