VILNIUSImmediately after his inauguration as Lithuania's third head of state, President Rolandas Paksas tackled a hectic schedule that included an unprecedented trip to Afghanistan to visit troops stationed there.Paksas was inaugurated on the morning of Feb. 26 in a solemn ceremony held in the Seimas (Lithuania's parliament).
