VILNIUSRelations between Moscow and Vilnius ratcheted up a notch this week, as a recent conference in Vilnius on Chechen independence sparked accusations that Lithuania was supporting the separatist cause.The Feb. 21 conference devoted to the plight of Chechnya was attended by many Lithuanian leaders, among them parliamentarians.
