VILNIUS"I never buy CDs in Denmark anymore," said a foreigner as he and his friend browsed through a stack of shiny new disks, most of which were on sale for 10 litas (2.90 euros) each. DVD versions of newly released blockbusters go for 40 litas. "This place is great! I can't believe how cheap it is," he enthused.When asked if it bothered him that the music was pirated, the response was direct. "Not at all. Why should we have to pay so much?
