VILNIUSParliamentary Chairman Art-uras Paulauskas together with several lawmakers decided on Feb. 17 to make the upcoming referendum on the country's European Union membership mandatory.Paulauskas' spokesman Arvydas Zilinskas said that the Paulauska-backed idea received unanimous support from faction members.
