VILNIUSIt's been nearly 12 years since Andrius Mamontovas, then lead singer of FOJE, Lithuania's most popular ever rock band, rallied 20,000 rock fans to band against the Soviet Red Army. On an occasion that has since passed into local legend, he staged a concert at the House of Press that helped fend off the troops from invading the palace and sent them into retreat.
