Scandinavia gears up for referendums

NORWAY-SWEDENAs the euro gains strength against a weakening U.S. dollar, the Scandinavian countries are rethinking their position on the common European currency. Sweden is organizing a referedum next September, and Denmark may call for one depending upon the Swedish poll.
