VILNIUSLeaders of Lithuania's right and center-right parties - Liberal Union's Eugenijus Gentvilas, Center Union's Kestutis Glaveckas and Modern Christian Democrats' Vytautas Bogusis - signed an agreement on merging their political forces."We are establishing a new liberal party.
