VILNIUSThe tanker Princess Pia ran aground near the Klaipeda seaport in mid-December because it was not adequately prepared to leave the port, reported the commission that investigated the accident. The Navigation Safety Administration submitted its conclusions to the Transport and Communications Ministry.
