NEW YORKWith a dash of elan, Estonia's elite enterpreneurs have begun wooing American investors over the past couple of months in the financial capital of the world in order to speed up commercial relations between U.S. and Estonian businesses. The Estonian American Chamber of Commerce and Industry opened its doors in the Estonian House in New York City on Nov. 4, and then a month later the chamber promptly presented its first seminar - "The Basics of Estonian Commercial Law" - to a group of potential investors who had long waited for a crash course on doing business in the Baltic's smalles...
