IGNALINA/VILNIUS - Dalia Kapociene, a land surveyor in Lithuania's eastern region of Ignalina, is no stranger to carrying around a heavy load of supplies when working. Paperwork, iron poles, metal stakes and a 500-meter tape measure all contribute to the burden.Despite the weight of the equipment, Kapociene decided this summer she could still manage to carry a chip on her shoulder as well.
