TALLINN/JOGEVA (BNS) - Mayor of the eastern county town of Jogeva, Kalev Lillo from the Reform Party, announced his resignation Aug. 14 after being taken to the local house of detention on Aug. 13 to sleep off his drinking binge.In his Aug. 14 statement Lillo apologized to the citizens of Jogeva and his electors for his unsuitable conduct.
