TALLINN - A new concept in health care was introduced in the Baltics last week when Medicover, a private medical clinic, opened its doors to the public.The clinic offered free body-fat, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings to Tallinners Dec. 4 and Dec. 5 to get them interested in joining the modern, members-only, Western-style clinic.
