Tiia-Ester Loitme, director of the Ellerhein children's choir, was named Business Woman of the Year by the Estonian Association of Business and Professional Women on Nov. 11.Loitme, 66, started at the choir in 1970 and in 1989 became the head director of the singing group, which has won honors worldwide."I must be happy," she said after receiving the award.
